Things looks brighter now, or rather, I'm more optimistic now... Thanks guys for ur concern... I guess I've juz gotta convince myself to look on the bright side of life... Classic example will be spending your 21st birthday studying away... I mean how coolz is it to spend your 21st birthyday studying? I believe I'm the only guy that wld do that, which makes u ultimately unique! In 10 yrs time u wont probably remember the times you partied ur birthdays away but you will definetly remember the birthday u spent studying...
Anyway, workload is getting heavier and you juz dun haf time to sit there and sulk.... Sometimes classes can start at morning 8am to 10pm at nite, and when u get back home, u still need to go revise and do your work.... Time is always running out here... I can work and study for 4 solid hours and yet find myself still with work leftover... Here, I only get like 7 hours sleep a nite on weekdays and weekends maybe 8..
Hmmm... I guess Im almost becoming a nerd liaoz... All thanks to my roommate... He is juz the ultimate.. He can sit there and study for like 2 hours stra8 without any distraction... He just display such strong focusing power and determination... I always die off like an hour or even half and hour and gotta walk arnd or surf the net before settling down to work again...
I find courses here are abit retarded and contradicting... 1 of the courses is the graphic communications and it claims that engineers uses graphic as their main form of communication, 'cause with graphics, it clearly displays the ideas of the engineers that words cannot describe... Then I got Technical communication as 1 of my courses too, and it claims that as professionals we need to master a good flow of english to get a job, to document our research on books and etc... So now I've gotta master designing 3D graphics and write essays to improve my "England"....
1 thing here is that the lessons are really fast pace and so, very soon it will be the exams and the holidays. Both pros and Cons.. Quizes and assingments are held and due almost every week and I have my mid term exams in like 4 weeks time... I predict I'll be real busy soon... So maybe this blog will be updated less often....
Anyway, I might be heading back to Singapore for the short 2 weeks winter break... Will definitely be looking forward to it..... Got a new house to enjoy somemore.... So I will mug till then... Dun be surprise to see me looking like those physcomotor idiots when I return...
